DO not install Norton 360!!! That bugger confused me totally by doing something nasty to my networking system and made me spent the whole night trying to figure out why can’t my old com and new com access files from each other anymore although they can still sense their existence. It’s nerves wrenching. I have never once in my computer life thinks that having some security firewall thingy on my com will work so well as to protect my com from all the net parasites so I have never tried using any of them but my baby still get infected once a while at the frequency of say once a year or two. Not that I believe it’s more than any macfee or Norton user out there. But I have no idea whats wrong with my sick mind today so I downloaded Norton 360 and installed it on my com. A while after when I tried to access my network of files, I realize it’s screwed up!!! It took me a long few hours to realize it’s the bloody Norton. I didn’t even know how I realize it, it just hit me like a lightning instinct. Even though I played with all the settings and so called put my baby to the maximum risk, it still wouldn’t cure my networking thingy. In the end I just have to uninstall it again and maybe get infected once every one or two year again. Better then not being able to access the network.

Ok that’s that, for today, I attended some training that Singtel required us to. Seriously I expect that it will be some super lame training no matter its practical or theory. So I requested not to turn up for it, rejected. I can’t believe it though, it’s just a mere one hour talking and 2 stacks of paper but it’s as unnecessary as it can possibly be. Upon reading the stacks of paper I realize I could have just deal with it on the spot during work without attending the training. The only thing I wouldn’t know if I didn’t attend this training would be “It is confidential, if you caught blah blah blah police blah blah.” Well this is the most important part of the whole training and it would have been easier if an sms was sent instead of all the trouble of even going to the place. The “how to----- and the do this -------“ are just a load of common sense. Anyway the trip is a total waste of my time, I could have gone shopping!

Met up with Pam before that to buy this big big bag, 2^nd bag in 3 days, what have gotten into me.

I got a feeling the Pam virus infected me on my birthday, for this few days I had a lot of “items” that keep floating around in my mind telling me that I should just get them…. It’s so sinful…..

And Viki, I know you have been wanted to give me a treat for the birthday thing and the thought of you remembering my love of sashimi is great but I’ve been eating too much lately, lets safe the present for next time, if I need something I’ll tell ya ~ any objection?
