Quite a boring Monday for me today, most of my friends are having Monday blues, have to prepare for work etc… haha, good for me that I have no work, but bad for me I won’t have pay for this week *sobs*

I had a really good sleep, I don’t know why, have been sleeping really a lot lately. I slept to 6 am. Guess coz I woke up last night to have a sneak peak on the mr bean holidays that I’ve downloaded.

Went over to my cousins house at night to fix up her com, something seems wrong with her internet connection. I didn’t know what but initially I was reluctant to go over her house at this hour coz of some reason. But since I was the one who 1st stood her up on fixing her com last sat, I guess I should go after all. Went there, didn’t take too long to fix it as it wasn’t really a complicated one. Went home and watch some drama on channel 55 on scv. Its been a while since I watch any drama on scv and those series which I’ve been catching ended a while ago while I was working on the singtel roadshow, I guess it can’t be help due to my working hours.

I suddenly had the mood to play nice and decided to cook a packet of instant noodle for moo. While he was enjoying his game and leaving me out especially. *ggrr* anyway, after he finish the 1st packet, he asked for more, so I walked to the kitchen intending to cook more, but on my way there, without my specs, I saw something huge flew in from the balcony. I couldn’t make out what it is. A big moth? A super huge bee? A baby bird? Whatever it is, I don wan to take the chance, it could be an insect. And which ever insect which can fly is something I fear. I made a squeek and run back to my room calling for SOS.

I summoned the most trustable person to look for when it comes to living things which I fear. My moo…

I asked him to go over and scout. Because the moment I see it landed on the wind chime at my living room. I knew it couldn’t be a bird. Normally a bird would move its head in a funny way…

He went over and found a cockroach on the wind chime. Which means…. Its none other then a flying roach !!!! A FLYING ROACH!!! Omg… a roach which flies..!! its my worst nightmare. Frankly speaking, I haven’t seen one for at least 2 years I think. And I really never thought that flying thing would be a flying roach until I was told it is.

I found out something new though, moo is not afraid of roach, nevertheless he is afraid of a flying one. Not to the extend that he would push me to the front line to fight the roach, but is enough for him to suggest leaving it alone.

Hey its me… I am jacinth. Would I leave a flying roach alone if there is a possibility of someone being able to get rid of it? NEVER.

I refused to let moo back in the room until he somehow get rid of the roach. He had no choice but to oblige since he the word “SCARED” was written all over my face. Seriously I wouldn’t dare go anywhere near the living room because I know a roach.. no… a flying roach resides in it.

He poke the wind chime a lil and the roach start flying all around again. He shuns the roach a few times and it landed inside the personal dustbin of my yg.bro.

He did something which I would never have dared to. He took the handle of the plastic bag inside the dustbin, tie it up and threw it all the way down thru the rubbish chute in my kitchen. The metal thing stuck to the wall, that’s called a rubbish chute right? Anyway, if I were the one, I probably would have used baygon and spray a crazy amount into the dustbin, I mean since young, I’ve been trained to think about baygon whenever I see something that flies and I am afraid of.

Anyway its an end to the flying roach story, but its giving me creeps. The thought of it just send my hair standing on end. Bbbrrrr

After he reports to me what happen to the roach, I still only half believed him. So I made a promise to him. I promise that I would fry him if I see the roach again. Then I was able to proceed into the kitchen to do the cooking, with an instinct to run as soon as I see anything flying. I stepped on a small piece of broken uncooked instant noodle on the floor and I jumped. My senses were tuned to the max after the roach incident after all.

I finally let moo back into the room and we watch mr bean holidays.

It was a fairly nice show, quite boring most of the part, the type of humor that was suppose to make people laugh was long outdated, not many people are laughing on the same old mr bean brand reaction anymore, but I must say, its classic and I do enjoy the show quite a bit. Instead of the humor, its more like a childhood memories thingy.

I had the reaping and the messenger downloaded on my com, waiting for a chance to watch it. But before that, I do have a few things I needed to do… oooh.. anyone please, remind me to call emirates…..
